ChiruthaDalal, Co-founder and COO of Pay1, has over a 15+ years of experience. Coming from a UI / UX background and having management acumen, her expertise lies in working with cross-functional and single-discipline teams in a deadline-driven and project-oriented environment

Product development, strategizing, conceptualization and executing ideas for the Pay1, is at the core of her responsibilities. She ensures that there is a smooth flow of operations and services along the company. Her passion to create inclusion for all and enhance the financial landscape of our country even for the last mile, has contributed to the organization on bringing the financial services (Loans, Insurance, Digital Gold etc), banking services (DMT, AePS, Micro Atm, etc) and cash-to-digital conversions services (bills, recharge, delivery) for the last mile. Not being from the industry has helped her in doing and thinking about problems differently.

For her learning is unending. Upgrading constantly through knowledge and experiences, developing efficient internal processes within the organization is what she strives to achieve. Apart from extensive experience with regards to company operations, she has crafted user centered design solutions for products such as Flora2000, Yo4yA and Remindo as a senior product manager.

The contribution to think and execute things distinctively in Fintech Industry made her one of the top 6 Women Leader in India 2020 (IFTA 2020), Top 100 Women in Finance 2020 (AIWMI), Top 25 Women Leaders in Financial Technology of Asia for 2020 (The Financial Technology Report) along with many other accolades in past few years.
