Mahesh Jain is an industry veteran with 40 years of experience in the IT sector. He is the Co-founder and Chairman of Integra Micro Systems. He is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur (B.Tech.’75) and of IISc Bangalore (ME ’77) and has been associated with Education (FAER, NAAC), Carbon Emission Reduction (Fair Climate Network), Green Energy, Drivers Foundation for many years and has co-founded a few organizations in this social enterprise space.
He is also the current chairman at BCFI.
Sunil Kulkarni
Sunil Kulkarni, CEO-BCFI is a FinTech professional with 35 years of cross-industry experience in technology-led businesses. He has been instrumental in creating many successful business models using technology for varied products and services, including the creation of an innovative payment mechanism using a prepaid wallet which is accessible online/on-mobile. He also provides strategic advisory services on payments and digital banking to select banks and initial & growth stage start-ups.
Sunil is an Engineering Graduate in Electronics & Communication with Gold medal in 1986 from Jodhpur and completed his Management Education from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 1992-93.

Anand Kumar Bajaj is the Founder, MD and CEO at PayNearby Technologies. With over 23 years of experience in Digital Payments and Mobility, Anand holds six patents in banking technology and at his current role, Anand and his team are committed to enabling the reach of digital payments and financial services at the first mile by empowering retailers.
He is an IIM-A alumnus and a Chartered Accountant. He is also the Co-chairman at BCFI.
Sasidhar Thumuluri
Sasidhar Thumuluri is the MD & CEO of Sub-K Impact Solutions. He has over two decades of financial inclusion and capital markets experience in 20+ countries. He has a masters’ degrees from Princeton University and Indian Institute of Forest Management. He has also completed Accelerated Development Program from Chicago Booth School of Business and SEED Transformation Program from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
He is the Chairman (Emeritus) at BCFI and also serves on the board of the Fintech Task Force of MFIN and the advisory board for Center for Analytical Finance of Indian School of Business.
Vijay Pratap Singh Aditya
Vijay Aditya Pratap Singh is the Co-founder, Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ekgaon. He brings in over 22 years of experience in information technology innovation and deep understanding of rural markets. Vijay is passionate about networking rural communities and forging partnerships, to seek transfer of equity in favour of farmers, primary producers and artisans in the value chain.
Vijay is an Electrical Engineer and a Board Member and the Chairman of Audit & Compliance Affairs at BCFI and alongside serves on the boards of prestigious colleges, universities and institutions.
Rahul Kasinadhuni
Rahul Kasinadhuni is the Founder, Director and C.F.O at Saggraha Management Services Pvt Lid. He holds 16 years of experience in Banking, IT, Consulting and Micro Finance and Financial services. He has deep seated knowledge of Corporate Finance, Business Strategy, Fund Raising, Treasury, FP&A, Business Analytics, MIS, Investor & Funder Relationship and Regulatory matters.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and a PGDRM one from Institute of Rural Management (IRMA).
