Kamal Fincap Private Limited is registered as a Private Limited Company. The company has its registered office in Kota, Rajasthan. The Company being a service provider, is engaged in providing micro loans under the JLG model, credit linked insurance products, TW, MSME loan and Micro Business loan as Authorized Business Correspondents on behalf of our Banking partners. The Companycommenced micro finance operations in November 2013, after entering into Corporate Business correspondent partnership with Yes Bank Limited. The Company has strong management team with cumulative experience of more than 40 years of Micro finance industry.
The Company has entered into BC partnership with YES Bank, IDFC First Bank, CSB, DCB, ESAF and Utkarsh Small Finance Bank and operates in state of Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand in urban as well as rural areas.
The Company has business relations with various other stakeholders like our insurance partners are ICICI Lombard general insurance, Pramerica Life Insurance; our software partner is Force Ten Technologies Private Limited, our professional consultants includes NSB & associates, Chartered Accountants and ARMS & Associates LLP, Company Secretaries.
